blue with loss of-

hello newspaper,     black ink fingers hold  guitar string hands   
i see eyes that glow orange  and lips that speak purple          do you understand?  he roars with his piano key voice-   
box of flowers  showed up on my doorstep       early  
this morning          sunshine poisons hearts words in black ink

around my waist   
your shadow children  play in the trees and swing  swingswing in the leaves  and sap is sticking to their  tiny shadow fingers and they say  "daddy, daddy  it burns and it won't come off"   
you are the canvas i painted  last night  with blue in your hair  and green in your eyes  and your arms are stretched  through orange and your legs  are burned purple   
you are just another boy  in another world  on another plane of the universe   
you say the messenger.

and like the stars,  you'd shoot away  [and no, i don't mean  into the sky]  as the poisons flowed through  
your veins, your eyes changed  
colour and your heart stopped            a c h i n g   
the day she went away  was the day you cried the poison out  and choked on words you should  have said        & things like this.

my name's amanda and i am brain dead.

i found a wicked ring on the side of the road a few weeks ago.
it's a barbie ring.
it's big and ping and black and really cool.
for a barbie thing, that is.
i'm wearing it right now and i really like it.

i'm getting a mohawk.
and that's not a joke.

i'm watching the office.
jim moved dwight's desk into the men's bathroom.
it's rather funny.

i drew all these stars on my hand today.
it looks cool.
i coloured them purple.

i allsssoooooo drew pretty elephants for my art class.
